What is your way of working out and staying fit?

Gosh...I ride horses too, but these days sadly I just do not have the time to enjoy this passion quite so much.

And this is also quite strange as we (Jack & I) actually own an agricultural sales and service business.

My everyday is
1 hour running
30 minutes boxing
30 minutes push and sit-ups
Also I don't eat any snacks during the day and maxed my unhealthy dinners at once every 2 weeks

Venus Factor Program helps me to stay and fit. I'm glad I'm found the best weight loss program. It suited me because I have no time for gym, I can-do-it at home. I struggle to stay fit ever since I was a kid, and being healthy and fit are just a dream for me before. Now, I am living with my dreams. Health is wealth, I'm so proud of it.


Just a figment
I do cardio (elliptical machine) and very light weights to tone the body. I also walk a lot every day just out of necessity and that helps too.
