What is the best early morning habit for success?

I’ve been waking up at 5 a.m. motivated and ready to take on the day for the past 8 months!

The reason I’ve been able to make this lasting change is that I’ve created the perfect morning routine for myself.
Tell me your best practice?

I've been reading about it for so long, watching videos about the morning routine, but I realized that I just can't get up that early. The kids wake up at 8 a.m., by which time I need to have time to check work emails, read, get coffee, and do a workout. Otherwise, there's no more time in the day. The most important thing for me it's to have some time for myself.

Same situation. I can't get up early, l always want to sleep

Before my friend and I became successful business ladies - our day was monotonous - we could hardly get out of bed and go to our unloved work in the office, we spent the evenings pointlessly sticking to the phone or TV screen. One day we talked frankly and decided that we need to do something with our lives. We re-read several motivational books, attended self-development courses, and decided on a business plan. They began to take care of themselves, start the morning with jogging or yoga, eat right, do not waste time on useless pastime. After about six months, we now have a favorite business, many clients and we are happy.
