my gynecologist told me unbalanced hormones from improper diet, skipping daily birth control pills, anxiety and stress can causes skipped or irregular timing and amount of flow during periods. stress can definitely affect fertility also.at fifteen i am not wanting to be pregnant.

he told me not to panic if i am early, late or skipped a period at my age but is very important to take my pill at same time everyday to stabilize my time of the month.

I'm sure they will.. I think birth control may be the problem..

I'm 29 and have had healthy regular periods up untill 4 months ago..

I'm very healthy but am always stressed due to a busy schedule but..
I also had a miscarriage 6 months ago.. and I'm not sure if this could have been the problem as well?

that what i like about this forum hearing from other ladies about problems. although i trust my gynecologist it is comforting to hear opinions of others with similar problems.

i am only fifteen and have a lot to learn
Yes, stress can be the reason for early periods and it also in less chance of conceiving because stress affects the functioning of the hypothalamus as well as the hormones that tell your ovaries to release eggs.
