Are there any 10 minute exercises that I can do to make me lose weight?

I don't have a lot of time and so I need short time exercises that can burn calories in a short period of time, like 10 minutes.

you're daydreaming. 10 minutes of any exercise is not sufficient to burn any appreciable calories. You have time in your day for a 45 minute exercise period like running or biking. Just look for that time period. For example, what are you doing at 5am?

Burning calories in short time period is impossible by doing the exercise. If you want to cut down the value of caloris, then run on the treadmill at teh speed of 10 or more KM/hr, then it will help you in burining the calories. It will burn less calories as compared to exercise, but if you have short in time, then it is the best option for you.
