you're daydreaming. 10 minutes of any exercise is not sufficient to burn any appreciable calories. You have time in your day for a 45 minute exercise period like running or biking. Just look for that time period. For example, what are you doing at 5am?
Burning calories in short time period is impossible by doing the exercise. If you want to cut down the value of caloris, then run on the treadmill at teh speed of 10 or more KM/hr, then it will help you in burining the calories. It will burn less calories as compared to exercise, but if you have short in time, then it is the best option for you.
10 min exercises are very good, IF you do like 3-4 of them a day. for example, my job s got me sitting 8-5 pm. so when i take 10 min breaks, i do squats, push ups, i run up and down stairs etc. Its NOT the only exercise, it would help maintain your weight but not lose any.
