Advice for order management of fashion accessories

    Hi, we've been into business of fashion accessories for a year and we are growing. So problems with orders in our multiple locations has been very difficult. What can you suggest to improve our customers service? Do we need to hire additional workers to handle and manage orders and inventory? What 's the best thing to do ?

    i think you should hire additional workers, have a group that would handle inventory, another group to manage orders and another group for customer service. Make sure that they are trained well

    Right now, we are increasing our manpower. And I can say that it is slowly having a good effect on the way we run our business. Also, we hired workers who have gained adequate experience. Unfortunately, we notice compliance is turning out to be an issue.

    Many people will not be a cure all without a good multi channel inventory and order control software system such as MultiChannelWork or Shopify. Proper organizational structure is also important to meeting your growth. Avoid hiring people till you have a detailed five year strategic plan
