Hair Dye

Do you guys dye (or color) your hair? I was just wondering which brand would last longer or wont fade as fast as L'oreal, Nutrisse, Revlon, etc. I do not want to spend a lot of money at the saloon to get this done, so any suggestions welcome.

My mom and aunt swear by Clairol. They say it doesn't fade and keeps you hair healthy. (At least as best as can be using dye products)

I don't dye or color my hair because I like it in it's natural state. I guess I am a bit conservative too, I don't think any other color hair would look on me.

I like keeping my hair natural as well, though I've heard that Clairol isn't too bad. There are lots of other dyes though. I know I've seen one or two on television before...but I forgot their names. x.x

I have dyed my hair red twice, and I can tell you that Garnier Fructis and Clairol both work great. I guess it depends on what color you are starting with though. My hair is naturally blonde, so it takes color very well. I'm sure it differs person to person.

Thanks girls! I was also discussing about this with my colleagues and they too suggest Garnier Fructis to be a really trusted brand. I am not gonna dye my hair in red though I want it to be in a light shinny brown color.

I died my hair ages ago and it hasn't faded much, it's weird because i used loreal paris and it's said that it fades quickly, but it doesn't for me.

Dying your hair is nice for a change. Sometimes, I just get tired of looking at the same person in the mirror.
