Adult Onset Acne-Natural Treatment

Ok I never suffered from acne as a teen. Then I had a kid and suddenly I have horrible skin.

Its just depressing, I have a couple of patches that have constant spots, and no matter what I do they don't clear up for more than a few days. I've tried and reacted badly to salicyclic acid, now just use soap and water, and cleansing wipes. Then I tone with witch hazel.

What relatively natural treatments have you had success with? I'm just allergic to so much, it makes this hard.
