Have you ever heard the saying "water is life" well indeed it is.
This not just a skin care tip but its is also a good health care tip.

The most natural and the cheapest skin care you will ever come across is water consumption. Reduce your intake of juices especially sweet juices, artificially flavoured and artificially sweetened juices ; drink water instead, it flushes the system and purifies the skin leaving your skin lookin clean and healthy.

It works for me.

You are speaking my language, a friend of mine at work always admire how much water I drink each day, I think she is catching on pretty well. . She's drinking more water these days.

I totally agree. I was working at a weight loss clinic and I was in prttey bad shape when I started there. I would drink nothing else but soda's and flavoured milk. They recommended at leats 2 Litres of water a day. My skin cleared up amazingly and felt so much better. I had less headaches. My periods were regular and healthier but the most exciting was my weight loss. I lost a total of 15kgs in the time I was there. So you're right on the button with that Sarafina!! Good call

I use to drink Soda's everyday too but then i stopped and just kept drinking water, and now my skin is smoother then ever

OK, my teacher always complain about a boy not drinking water in the playground when playing football. I always wondered why does she ask everyone to have water? Till I relized that she was right. After I read this thread. I only drink 3,4 not even full cups half cup of water.
