Lumie Bodyclock STARTER 25

This is the entry level clock/light offered by Lumie but I think it's the simplest and cleanest in design.
I bought mine for just under £50 and they've available in good department stores or online. Some models in other ranges go right up to over £200 so this is pretyy modest.
The set up is very straightforward: plug in, set the the time and alarm and you're ready to go.
The light is warm and pleasant on the eyes and it really does help me wake up more pleasantly than a beeping alarm clock.
The only negative in my opinion is the build quality. You don't get a high quality finish or much weight for what you pay.

Ohh, I really want one of these. I have M.E. and because of that I have a terrible sleep pattern. Wonder if it would help me.
