Parent Relationships

How is your relationship with your parents? Do you have a good relationship, or none at all?

My father is not in my life anymore, but I have a step-dad and a dad who adopted me. My mom is in my life, but she lives a few hours away. Though I'm out of high school and basically considered an adult, I live with my adopted dad and we have a good relationship.

I live with my parents and I have no problems with them. They are very supportive, encouraging and cheerful At the moment, it is just my parents and my mates who keep me going.

I and my parents were more like friends! I share everything with them, especially my mom There were and still are times when I used to call my dad by his name just for fun. He thinks it is cute when I call him by his name. Unfortunately, I now live in a hostel for my own personal reasons and go home only once in every three months! I so miss them

I do find myself missing the parents that I'm not around, but I figure that our relationship is the best that it can ever be, and I get over the fact that we are distant. It's hard, but I think it's for the best. Sometimes our parents aren't the best influence on us.

I have a pretty good relationship with my parents, I don't think it's the best because there I things that we don't feel comfortable sharing, but for the most part we get along just fine.

I would say I have a fairly good relationship with both of my parents, we talk a lot about different things.
We do not discuss relationships, unless it realtes someone in the family, we will talk about what is going right and most of all what is going wrong.

Growing up I just could not agree with my father we used to fuss with each other very often. Things are so much different now.

I am glad that I still have my parents around. They continue to play an integral part in my life as I know they are always there for me. We keep in touch on a regular basis.

I have an awesome relationship with my parents. My dad is the biggest scariest most loving gentle teddybear around. He's a big softy and I'm his princess. My mum is a head strong, proud woman. She's my best friend and she knows all my secrets. I'd be a lucky girl if grew up to be half the woman she is today. I live 3 hours away from them and Im always missing them.

My parents were separated when I still pre-schoolers.I live with my father.Our relations were good,Except with my mom.She did not have the feeling of caring again about me. But I had not lost hope to develop good relationship between us
