That was absolutely amazing information. I have never heard that before. Do you mind if I tell it to the kids? I'm sure they will think it's pretty cool, too.

Hey Kara! I am happy the info was useful! Ofcourse U shud b tell this 2 ur kids! I think they wud not hesitate eatn gud fruits n veggies after knowing all this...
