Today was my day to work on my arms so I did 20 push ups, followed by some exercises with my 5 pound weights. I do tricep extensions, curls, presses, and rows. I am a very fit person, but I don't work out much outside the house. I do a lot of walking, but other than that I find myself sitting down a lot. Because of that, I purposely make time to work out.

Strong girl
I was a memeber of Curves last year. I would go religously with one of my coworkers, we went 5 days a week. It was a good program as it was "circuit training" but it didn't really work for me. It kept me active, but I wanted more results. I think I would rather buy and eliptical machine and watch tv at home while using it, then go to a regular gym while the actually fit guys and girls are judging you. (they may not actually be judging me, but still I'm too self conscience)
I jog a couple miles a day and that's about it. You know when it comes down to it, I'm just a little bit lazy toward exercise. I've been this way all my life. But I'm still thin and in good health.
