Do you watch your weight

Do you make a conscious effort to watch your weight? I do it on a daily basis. I weigh virtually everything I put into my mouth. That's how I manage not to put on excessive weight.

Actually, at the moment I don't even imagine what my weight is. I am only watching how my body looks.

I do, but only because I'm trying to lose a considerable amount (46 pounds left to go, 34 lost so far).

My plan is, though, to train myself how to eat healthfully and in proper moderation automatically, so that I don't have to calculate every bit of food I consume. I don't want to spend my entire life counting calories. That would be awful.

I just make sure that I eat a healthy, balanced diet and take regular exercise.

Too many times women end up obsessing about weight and food - and that's more unhealthy than a couple of extra pounds - physically, mentally and emotionally.

I have an extremely fast metabolism.. which i love :] But I try to eat healthy and i am CONSTANTLY active :]

I do, as I'm trying to lose some.

I try to eat a well balanced diet, but my downfall is crisps. I just love them, they're definitely my comfort food!

I don't watch my weight, because I'm a tiny bit underweight, but I don't eat loads of crap either though. I'm not as active as some people, as I'm not very sporty, but I love running and horseriding.
