I do, but only because I'm trying to lose a considerable amount (46 pounds left to go, 34 lost so far). My plan is, though, to train myself how to eat healthfully and in proper moderation automatically, so that I don't have to calculate every bit of food I consume. I don't want to spend my entire life counting calories. That would be awful.
I just make sure that I eat a healthy, balanced diet and take regular exercise. Too many times women end up obsessing about weight and food - and that's more unhealthy than a couple of extra pounds - physically, mentally and emotionally.
