Losing ten pounds
The last is always the hardest. Face it-by the time you are down to the last bit each pound is a greater percentage of your overall weight-so it will be harder. Not only that, but you are carrying around less weight, and thus burning fewer calories (just like you burn more when you add on wrist or ankle weights).
Well I think you should be glad that you only have 10 pounds you want to loose. Could you imagine if you were trying to loose 50! I am sure that the last 10 are always the hardest, but are you maybe being to hard on yourself, do you really need to loose 10 more pounds or are you cute enough as it is?
