Default Blisters

I love wearing heels, but every time I do, I get huge blisters. I still have scars on my feet from my high school graduation over a year ago. I don't know what to do to stop these blisters from popping up, other than to wear band-aids when I'm wearing the shoes so they don't have contact with the skin. Any suggestions?

Sorry about your blisters Do they come from not wearing panty hose? Or with? If it's from not wearing panty hose, they have ones now that are designed to wear with heels and it doesn't look like you have them on at all.

It means your skin is very sensitive. I am not sure if English or American people are used to this sort of treatment, but what we normally do here in the India for such blisters is to apply coconut oil on the blister and leave it open until it heals.

I've been doing the band-aid thing for a while now, but it's just not attractive to have a big band-aid on under your shoe, when it's still visible. I don't typically wear panty hose, but that's something I'll look into, and the coconut oil sounds good to use on the blisters that I already have! Thanks!

I get blisters from my shoes as well. Normally I try to go a day without wearing any shoes or socks and hope that the blisters go down a little. Then just use bandaids.

I normally get blisters from shoes, whether heels or not that are little too close for my feet. There have been cases where the style of shoes did not compliment the shape of my feet, that was also a challenge.
