 but i have my uncle he is a heavy smoker and he is only 15 i tried to tell him too but doesn't work he says it makes him relax same as ur mate said :] yea some people have diffculties to quit to smoke

i don't smoke and i hope i never will.. my mom and lots of people near me smoke. i hate it! but i've got a lot of friends who smokes.they all say it makes them relaxed.i don't believe.

i smoke, and its true because in your mind you think it realives you, you feel that way. it does help calm you down even though it makes your heart beat faster (strange). to me smoking is bad, but i've been smoking two years and theres nothing i can do to stop. i need to stop soon though, the bad things im noticeing is phleam and other things like coughing and stuff not good! so need to stop x

I don't smoke but my aunt does. i tell her not to but she doesn't listen. she just gets upset that i make my point across about not smoking. she's probably too far along with her addiction to smoking.
