I didn't smoke but the amount of second hand smoke I inhaled while growing up living in my parents home is probably just the same. It was so bad that when my mom would wash the walls you could see the yellow so dark compared to the spot she went over with a sponge.
When I was 16 she bought a new car and I got her old one. The film was just as bad in there as in the house when I cleaned it for the first time. To me I'm just disgusted by the habit and not to mention my grand father died of emphysema. ![]() I have three siblings and not one of us smoke, even though both parents did. My mom is trying to stop smoking and is doing very well with smoking 1 or 2 in a day compared to a pack or more a day in the past. It's hard for her though because her husband and all of her friends smoke. She is doing well though and is even quitting coffee! Hopefully she will realize that the alchohal isn't doing her body any good either.

Training as a Nurse, I think my teachers would skin me alive if I was a smoker. lol. Seriously though after reading about how tobacco companies added nicotine to cigarettes to get people addicted quicker I don't think I could ever take up such a nasty, smelly habit. And its a huge turn off if a guy I meet is a smoker too.
