Pantiliners

Do you wear pantiliners for daily discharge ?
I used to wear them a lot, but i heard that isn't good to do that and stopped using them.

Coz they block the air circulation "down there" and u can get infections more often.

agree.. read somewhere that it causes infection cos of the damn & warm environment there but if you don't wear and you happen to have quite a bit of a discharge, your panty will be soaked with discharge, isn't that worse?

Well, I don't think that it should be a big problem as long as you wear panties that allow the air circulation and change them at least once a day
