Sleep

How much sleep do you need to function properly? I think I can use 8 hrs on average, I don't necessarily have to sleep eight hours each night but it must be made up for within the week.

I can exist on an average 7 hours, but I try to sleep longer hours on the weekend since I don't work most times. It doesn't always work, since there is always a lot of housework to do.

What I need and what I get are two completely different things. I need eight hours consistently, but I get normally four to six a night IF I am lucky.

I think it really depends on the person. I can function on 4 hours of sleep but I'm most comfortable on 7-8 hours. Depending on how old you are, you need different amounts of sleep, on average. My biggest problem is getting myself to go to bed even if I'm tired.

I need to sleep at least 8 hours a day. If not, I will feel very tired and lifeless. Don't you all know that sleep gives us more energy? It is equivalent to have our system all "charged " up during our sleep.

I can cope with the occasional sleepless night-meaning not sleeping at all. Otherwise, I need six hours to keep myself really productive. I can live on four.

6-8 are more than enough. I won't be able to function properly if I slept for less than 6 hours

I usually have about 4hrs sleep on work nights. I have more of an over sleeping problem? If I sleep more than 6hrs I lose all motivation and any kind of functioning goes out the window.
