Girls at BPOs

Most of the girls here in Asia are working on night shifts at BPO centers (call centers in easy term) This BPO work demands the girls to work on shifts which are really becoming a nightmare. The cab drivers trying to misbehave with the girls, Problem faced with the company securities during the night shifts and the trouble list just grows on and on. I am not sure about the fact if foreign girls are working at BPO offices, but here in Asia it is happening in a huge sum. Please share the situations of your country girls employed in BPO companies.

There are call centers in my country but I don't know about the girls having problems, they would go to work in the night and work through the night so they wouldn't be on the road until in the morning.

Where about in the Asia you from? I am from the Northern India and I know about these kind of horrible stuffs happening twice or thrice every month. The problem is not with the girls who work but with the offices. BPO companies should take enough care in the travel agencies they choose. Latest survey on these kind of incidents have proved that BPO companies prefer cheap, non-recognized, unfamiliar cab services which employs almost any man (who knows driving) as a driver. Few of the MNCs like Wipro BPO, CTS are an exception though!
