During my internship my boss was changing each couple of months, so I meet all kind of personalities, and I think that's the point, I am not looking at them as the "male" or "female" boss, they are the "boss" in that moment, and if they were good or bad I think it was because of their personality more than their genre

i had 1 female boss and 4 male boss before... i'm comparing them
female boss are more understanding... The female boss I worked for are usually better managers and know how to deal with people better and they understand emotions better than men.

Lol I saw it the other way around. I currently have a male supervisor who is awesome! He isnt hard on me at all. I work in a male dominated workplace though so that would be why I get special treatment.
