My workout routine is 2 hours of jogging, 30 crunches 1 hour on the Treadmill, 30mins cycling. Do alot of work.

I cycle every day for 30 mins,after that,if I still have any energy left,then I'll walk again for 10 mins.Then come back home and drink energy drinks and then....The same routine for the next day!

yes, i often drink alot of energy drinks. But mostly water.
