This really isn't a debate but it's a heavier topic so I didn't really know where to put it-I apologise to the mods.
Anyway, have you read the book, the Anne Frank Diaries? Seen the movie, or documentaries, or know of what happened in the camps?
A lot of what is going on now in Israel got me thinking about this, the flip side of the coin when the Jews really were suffering horribly. I also had to wonder whether the deeds during the war were part of what led to support for the formation of the independent Israeli nation.
Like I say not really a debate, I've just finished reading the book again and would like to hear other people's thoughts on it and the events it covered, the events of the second world war and so on.
