Rejections
While Dating is an exciting thing in one's life, Rejection is just the quite opposite!
As a normal human being, we all would want to be loved and accepted by others but it is not the reality most of the times. Assume that you are on a date and you don't really like your partner. How are you going to make the other person understand? On the other hand, what if the other person doesn't really fancy you and wanna reject you? How are you going to face this?
I have not been with many people, and have never really been rejected in this way. When I am not interested in somebody, I let them know. Now that I have a serious boyfriend, I just tell them that and they generally leave me alone.
As for somebody rejecting me, I can't say that I know what I would do.

I agree. Be honest with the person and let them know how you feel. I have been rejected before because he wasn't honest with me. He lead me along for awhile with "i really like you" and then didn't want to spend time with me. It hurt alot, but I got over it and have been with my current boyfriend for 2 1/2 years now. We all have to move on.

Rejection.. It sucks, but it happens. I think it'll sting a little more if you sat a guy down and go through the painstaking rejection speech. If the date was a big flop theres a good chance he would've felt the vibe and put two and two together..
If I were the one getting rejected? I got big shoulders.. I could take it and wouldn't get too cut up about it. I mean... Its all in the dating game right?
If i got rejected i would be a little upset =(

The sooner that we deal with someone that we do not like, the better it is. Procrastination only makes both parties inconvenient and get hurt deeper as time passes by.
Being rejected by someone that we fancy is just part and parcel of the dating process. It will take time to heal our sore heart on learning such "tragedy".
