Good Books

Has anyone read any really good books lately? I am looking for some new authors to read since I haven't gotten to read much lately.

I'm a huge fan of mother and daughter duo PJ Tracy, who write crime/thriller books. Tami Hoag who again writes crime/thriller/romance books is another favourite of mine.
I've recently finished reading a proof copy of Carlos Ruiz Zafron's book The Angel's Game, and very much enjoyed his debut 'The Shadow of the Wind' Lisa x

Talking
Angels & Demons by Dan Brown - if you're into cant-put-it-down thrillers.

Destiny by Sally Beauman - if you want an epic saga of a book (if you like Barbra Taylor Bradford kind of novels).

Queenie by Michael Korda (you may have seen the film, starring Kirk Douglas but the book is far better than the film which only covered a short part of the whole story - romance genre?)

I've just read the first of the Twilight series. Loved it.

Gregory maguire - Just finished Wicked and about to start either Son of a Witch or Confessions of an Ugly Sister

One of my favourite books is The Time Travellers Wife - Audrey Niffenegger

Favourite authors - Jim Butcher, Anne Rice, Tom Holland
