Sorry - been there and done that. I doubt that I could ever identify with that age group in print anymore. I remember those days though when I couldn't miss an issue of anything that had articles on the Osmonds and the Jackson 5.
I was just discussing the old annuals we used to get every year with my daughter last night - she wants me to teach her to draw better and I said I used to buy the old annuals from bootfairs and use the pictures inside to copy and practise my techniques - plus I was addicted to the corny comic strip stories! Anyone remember Diana, Mandy and I think it was the Look-in my sister used to get! *g* Must admit my daughter gets the w.i.t.c.h mag now and then and I have a sneaky peek through that
I didn't like the teen magazines when I was a teen let alone now that I'm older. I wasn't one of those girls that got into the whole "who's cuter?" and "who's wearing what?" way of thinking.

Lol, me too. I don't really want to know who they're dating or having sex with, it really doesn't affect my life in any way.
I just don't. I like specific magazines for specific topics, such as Frankie if I feel a bit alternative and the Rolling Stone when I want to think music!

I wasn't into them but I flitted through them if I come across them and basically look through them to pass the time, but reading them does help to understand how some teenage girls act.
